 How can we offer the best deal? |

| This is a question of fine distinction. First of all, the best deal should not be misunderstood as inexpensive. Inexpensive usually means low price associated with inferior quality. This is not the case with our products. They are not cheap but rather, less expensive than the ones of our competitiors and represent excellent value for money spent. Our products are direct from the factory.Company president, Joan Jiang, a Canadian citizen was born in China and has many years of International trade experience. Joan is the buyer, directly from the factory, coupled with a philosophy of not being greedy which targets our products at the lowest price in the city. The ultimate goal is providing the consumer with a reduced budget and an increased living standard through delivery of quality products. |

| Are there quality problems? |

| Quality and standards are parts of the equation when dealing with our organization. As you will experience through dealing with us built into the experience is an entire process, philosophy and business practice. We know the factories very well from the owner/presidents on down. Any factory has been screened and pre-qualified. In fact, every year, every factory is re-qualified. |

| How can you control the quality when the factory is constantly shipping? |

| Our quality control policy, as mentioned is one of the cornerstones of our commitment. We have an entire network of expertise on the ground, every day. That is, on site at the plant. Inspections take place at many intervals, consistently; before packing-check’s, after packing and random detailed checks during loading. The result is a very high level of quality resulting in a supply chain built on confidence. The business process is pro-active as opposed to re-active which drives a culture of constant improvement and learning, it never really ends, it’s a journey rather than a destination. |

| If there is any defect product bought, how would this be resolved? |

Quickly and decisively! We examine the product before loading into your vehicle. If a defect is uncovered then we will replace with the same products.

| Is granite radioactive? |
|
Igneous rocks (that is basalt or granite) can contain between 0.5 to four micrograms of uranium per gram of rock. Sounds quite a lot. However, usual sand (like beach sand for instance) contains about three micrograms of uranium per gram of sand. And the average soil contains one to three micrograms of uranium per gram.
